On the summit of Mount Audubon in the Indian Peaks Wilderness area of northern Colorado. Chris and I hiked up to the summit on that day which from the looks of things was a pretty fair day for hiking to the top of a mountain in Colorado. I can look at a scene like this all day. From the left side to the lower center, we have the broken rock boulder field of the mountain top with its red and orange colors. Beyond that, and it’s a little difficult to tell where one summit ends and anther begins, is the sharp peak of a neighbor mountain. And finally, beyond those are layers of foothills below the sky with mountains of clouds above. This image would look good printed in a smaller size, maybe 10 x 10 inch and displayed in a well-lit area either on a shelf or on a wall. Image for sale in gallery.
