Another light and shadow on tree trunk scene. I feel like there is more separation between the subject and the background on this image which makes it more pleasing to look at. I like to add a watercolor filter to images making them appear more abstract but did not do that here. In this case the bark is abstract enough with its vertical lines and curving shadows. This image could look good printed and displayed on a bookshelf providing interesting contrast to the other items displayed there.
