In bloom this spring

After 3 years with my X-T3 set to make jpeg files only, I started shooting raw files again. Back then I was using Capture One for editing but I never learned to accept its workflow and I didn’t like paying the monthly subscription for it. So, I went to shooting jpeg only and use Gimp for editing. A couple months ago started shooting raw again but this time using Raw Therapee for editing. There was some learning curve for RT. I don’t know much, but I can work around the UI, do my edits, save out a tiff file and be happy with the results. For publishing on the web, I’ll open the tiff file in Gimp and scale it down and export as a jpg. I like this process and followed it for this image of daffodils in bloom this spring.
